Delivery fees

  • Free Delivery in Halifax (HRM)

  • Free Canada-wide Delivery for orders over $150

  • $14.99 CAD flat rate for orders under $150 and outside HRM

  • Flat rate of $20 USD for shipping to the USA

Order Processing Time

Please allow 3 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7 to 9 business days.

Please note that external factors (holidays, weather, etc.) may occasionally delay shipping. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping delays are the responsibility of the carrier.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Changed your mind? You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it—no penalty.
To cancel, email us with the subject line: "CANCEL".
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

Mistakes happen! If your shipping address is incorrect, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct address within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

We pack every item carefully, but if something arrives damaged:

Please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

We’ll send you a replacement free of charge!
